Boomers, Bequeathments - making a difference when you die

As you move through life, you come across many administrative milestone moments that mark the passing of time, formal moments, or even just incidental bits of paperwork that remind you of your of your age, your stage in life.

They can be smaller things - like when you get a medicare card - one that doesn’t have a parent’s name on it, or a credit card, or a driver’s licence, a passport.

Or they can be bigger moments.

Signing a mortgage, registering a birth, or a marriage.

But nothing says “You’re really an adult, now” more than making your will.

You really know you’ve reached an undeniable level of maturity when you’re thinking about your final instructions for this worldly life.

It’s a moment when you are forced to think about the world without you, and also one where we should perhaps pause and ask "should I include a charity".
