Trump responds:
"When I look at what is going on throughout the country, I can just keep naming them all day long, we need law and order in our country.
"You have to stop and frisk, you need it. You need more police.
"We have a situation where we have our inner cities, African Americans, Hispanics are living in hell because it is so dangerous. You walk down the street, you get shot."

Clinton says Trump was rooting for the US housing crisis eight years ago in that he hoped it could collapse "because I can go in and buy some and make money".
"That is called business by the way," Trump interjects.
