Thunderstorm asthma

Research has shown a quarter of all people with asthma in Australia have unacceptable control of their symptoms.

They often think feeling breathless or wheezy, particularly at night or when exercising, is normal. But it's a sign better treatment is needed.

This leaves them vulnerable to severe attacks as in the Melbourne thunderstorm event.
