Iain and Kate Field operate Leap Farm at Copping where dairy goats are bred and cheese is made in a compact dairy.

The farm has undergone soil tests for the past 5 years and Iain Field says the testing has shown more carbon is being put into the soil.

University of Tasmania helped with the testing which was very detailed, and Iain Field says he's pleased with the results.
