Last week, the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change released a major report urging us to revolutionise the way we produce and consume food, to help keep future global warming below two degrees and ensure we all have enough to eat.

This week, global experts are gathering in Canberra to discuss this very dilemma.
