Central West Libraries manager Jan Richards bookends half-century career

Jan Richards has spent nearly 50 years working in libraries across New South Wales and has been an advocate for the community and education hubs.

After 26 years as the manager of Central West Libraries, and a period as the president of the Australian Library and Information Association, she is retiring to Tasmania.

Ms Richards spoke with producer Xanthe Gregory and presenter Ewan Gilbert about her career.
