Should we ban celebrating Halloween in Australia?

It's one of the most divisive topics in modern Australian life — the idea of our kids dressing up, roaming the streets, begging for 'candy' and uttering the phrase 'trick or treat?'.

Sammy J and Tegan Higginbotham put the proposition to the 'People's Parliament' on ABC Radio Melbourne Breakfast.
