What does Dylan Alcott's Australian of the Year Award mean for people with a disability, particularly those looking for a job?

During his speech Dylan Alcott urged everyone to recognise the unconscious bias that people with disability face when it comes to getting meaningful work.

Neave and her mother Marion Darmody spoke to ABC Radio Canberra's Lish Fejer about why it is important for people with disabilities to be given employment opportunities.
